Shipping Information

We ship our Celtic treasures worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Each piece is carefully packaged in our Durham workshop before beginning its journey to you.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Our Return Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Celtic treasures. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, we accept requests within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty. All other Celtic jewelry, Aran sweaters, and giftware may be returned provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our Durham-based team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for clarity.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice.
  4. Ship Back: Send to our Durham workshop using a trackable service (return shipping at your expense):

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, but clearly state in your email:

  • The item you wish to exchange
  • Your preferred replacement (subject to availability)
  • Any size/color preferences for clothing items

You’ll be responsible for new shipping costs for exchanged items.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days (allow 5-10 days for bank processing)
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your Celtic treasure arrives damaged or with craftsmanship issues:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  2. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  3. Receive a full refund or replacement (your choice)
